Matrix Mindset Pty Ltd is a company that offers a holistic approach to business and personal life. We work on the concept of resolving issues by evolving self through “Building the Mind, Body, Heart, Soul and Life Muscle”.
Not everyone is a motivator and even motivator’s use motivators. Many people prefer to have someone motivate them or do it for them, fix it for them, say take my problem and do something with it and help me, I’m stuck. We turn this concept around and work with the individuals to uncover their purpose in the ‘bigger picture” to gain appreciation of self and acknowledge that it’s up to them to make the changes to see the changes they seek.
People are fascinated with themselves and their behaviours and like to know more about themselves. In the end when the pressure gets high, people can become selfish and destructive to self and maybe others. We can take this process back to the 4 steps of learning and the 1st step is “You do not know what you do not know” also known as Unconscious competence. We bring to conscious awareness your behaviours and attitudes and help guide people to different perspectives and clarity.
By focussing on the self and acknowledging the current behaviour, we can assist people move beyond the stress, anxiety, frustration, anger, depression, despair and so forth.
Matrix Mindset uses a variety of tools to assist people to make the changes they desire. We have recently introduced Hypnosis as a way of getting deep relaxation, reduce stress, anxiety and get clarity of mind.
All hypnosis is self hypnosis and it’s up to the individual to accept the suggestions, we do not control other peoples mind. Hypnosis can also be used to assist in sales, marketing, self empowerment and beliefs to help attain the individuals desire to increase their results of success.
Maree Zimny
Specialises in human potential, performance and development and has worked in the financial markets and corporate world over the past 20 years. She was one of the founding members of The Australian Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and established Matrix Mindset to bridge the gap between the mental and emotional realms of business, the left brain and right brain the mind and soul. Over the past 15 years Maree engaged heavily in studying the mind and the spiritual world.
Maree realised that eventually the two would have to brought together to bring health, harmony and growth back into people’s lives. Maree is also an international trainer, keynote speaker and author.
Deborah Bauer
Deborah Bauer holds a Diploma in Psychological Astrology and has been in practice professionally as an Astrologer and Mystic for 20 years. She has studied numerous Metaphysical traditions, in particular, Astrology, Mythic Tarot, Palmistry, Numerology and the deeply profound teachings of Kabbalah. She has undertaken Counseling/development training and a methodology for combining Psychotherapy with Astrology. As well as working with individual clients, she also runs several Mystical workshops including 'Astrological Compatibility' at Nature Care College one of Australia's most highly respected venues for self development.
