Procedure:
Colonics - colon therapy is also known as colon lavage, colon hydrotherapy, high colonic or colon irrigation.
A colon irrigation is a safe, effective method of cleansing the colon (bowels) or waste material by gently, repeated flushing with water.
During a session, the client lies on a colonic's table, face-up, and is modestly draped. A plastic tube (about the size of a bic pen) is gently inserted into the rectum about 3-4 inches.
The water flows through the tube in a fully enclosed system - as the colon fills with warm water there is a feeling of wanting to eliminate, which occurs naturally with no exposure to the material or odor expelled.
The practitioner is with you through the entire process and from time to time may massage the relevant area to improve on the colonic's process.
What you may eliminate, is visible through a sealed - clear viewing tube on the colonics equipment.
The time frame for a colonics session is approximately 1 hour and during this time you will receive 10-15 gallons of temperature-contolled, filtered water.
The process is relatively painless, however there is a possibility for mild cramping as the feces moves through the colon.
There are common signs that point to a toxic colon: backaches, headaches, bad breath, body odor, abdominal gas, confusion, bloating, diarrhea, irritability, skin blemishes, sciatic pain, fatigue, etc...
